How securing your rights works
Exclusive rights — not exclusive areas. There is no cap on agencies nationwide, and none of them compete, because every deal is tracked back to the agency that generated it.

Request the agreement
Complete the form below. It confirms you have read the proposal, records your chosen capital package and opens WhatsApp so the senior team can send you the standard Business Agency Agreement.

Review and sign
Read the agreement with your own legal and financial advisers. It sets out your exclusive rights, the commission per qualifying sale for your package and your Marketing Pack allocation.

Pay the capital amount
Transfer the once-off capital amount for your package using the banking details in the agreement. Your exclusive rights are secured once the payment is received and confirmed.

Onboard and launch
Training for you and your consultants, delivery of your Marketing Pack allocation, and access to the agency tools where your consultants, leads and attributed sales are tracked. Your agency is live.
Packages are not identical: the commission earned per qualifying sale and the portion of the Marketing Pack allocated to you both correspond to the capital package you choose, as set out in your Business Agency Agreement. No business agency relationship arises until the agreement is concluded and the capital payment is made.
