Compliance, Integrity & Fraud Prevention
Why PSP participation is verified, what counts as fraudulent participation, and the consequences of false claims or artificial engagement.
The performance guarantee framework only works if participation and claims are genuine. Car4Less verifies social-media activity, purchase records and vehicle transactions, and the Terms & Conditions provide for rejection of claims, loss of eligibility or further action where false evidence, duplicate claims, artificial engagement or misrepresentation are found.
These FAQs explain why verification is necessary and what counts as fraudulent participation, so honest participants know exactly where the lines are.
Compliance, Integrity & Fraud Prevention — questions
The questions people ask about compliance, integrity & fraud prevention, answered plainly.
Why does Car4Less verify PSP participation?
+
Verification helps establish that qualifying activities and transactions actually occurred and that the applicable requirements were satisfied.
What is fraudulent PSP participation?
+
Fraudulent participation may include false claims, manipulated evidence, fabricated transactions, misrepresentation or other conduct prohibited by the PSP Terms & Conditions or applicable law.
Can I submit false evidence of social-media participation?
+
No. Evidence must be genuine and accurately represent the participant's qualifying activity. Manipulated or fabricated evidence is a breach of the Terms & Conditions and may lead to rejection of the claim and loss of eligibility.
Can I claim the same qualifying activity twice?
+
Duplicate claims do not automatically create additional entitlements and may be rejected in accordance with the PSP rules.
What happens if someone deliberately provides false information?
+
The applicable PSP Terms & Conditions may provide for rejection of the claim, withdrawal of eligibility or other appropriate action.
Why is honest participation important?
+
The integrity of the PSP depends upon participants accurately completing qualifying activities and making legitimate claims.
Can artificial social-media engagement qualify?
+
Artificial, manipulated or otherwise non-qualifying activity should not be assumed to satisfy genuine PSP participation requirements.

The Car4Less Payment Saver Plan (PSP) is not an insurance policy, investment, bank deposit, interest-bearing product, dividend programme or guaranteed-income programme. Any cashback, reward or other benefit referred to in connection with the PSP is subject to the eligibility, participation, content, performance, transaction, verification and other requirements in the current PSP Terms & Conditions. Examples are provided for explanatory purposes only and do not create or extend any entitlement. The maximum cashback amount must not be interpreted as an unconditional or automatic payment, and participation alone does not create an entitlement to cashback or rewards. The current Terms & Conditions remain the controlling document and prevail in the event of any inconsistency with this knowledge centre. Read the Terms & Conditions →
