The content requirements set what must be created, how often and in what form; the performance guarantee refers to the framework through which qualifying rewards are made available once those requirements, and the qualifying sale, are verifiably met. It is held by Car4Less with selected South African underwriting institutions and is not an insurance policy, benefit or contract for the buyer.

The PSP Performance Guarantee refers to the performance-related component of the Payment Saver Plan and the requirements that must be satisfied in order for the applicable performance-related benefit to apply.
Is the Performance Guarantee an insurance guarantee?

No. It should not be represented as an insurance guarantee or insurance product. The framework is held by Car4Less with selected underwriting institutions to make qualifying rewards available; the participant holds no policy and pays no premium.
Why are content requirements important?

What is qualifying content?

Qualifying content is content that satisfies the specific requirements applicable to the PSP, including any prescribed content, format, platform, frequency, timing or verification requirements.
What happens if I do not meet the content requirement?

Failure to satisfy the applicable content requirement may result in the relevant performance-related cashback or reward not being earned.
Can partial compliance qualify?

Partial compliance does not automatically create an entitlement. Whether partial compliance qualifies depends on the applicable PSP rules and Terms & Conditions.
Does the Performance Guarantee guarantee my monthly vehicle instalment?

No. The PSP should not be represented as guaranteeing payment of a participant’s vehicle instalment.
Does the Performance Guarantee guarantee R3 000?

No. Any maximum cashback amount remains subject to the applicable qualifying requirements and Terms & Conditions.
