Loyalty partners are the participating retailers whose verified till slips power Shop & Save: Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay and Dis-Chem at the time of writing. Shopping at a partner does not by itself create a reward. The purchase must qualify and be verified, and the programme's connection to a qualifying new-vehicle sale applies.

The fundamental PSP qualification principle

The Car4Less Payment Saver Plan (PSP) is based on qualifying participants sharing approved Car4Less content through applicable social-media platforms. Sharing or posting content does not, by itself, create an entitlement to cashback or rewards.

The fundamental requirement is that the qualifying content must result in a successful sale of a new motor vehicle to an independent third-party customer, tracked and attributed back to the originator of the content, and the vehicle must be successfully delivered to that customer. That completed sale and delivery is the enabling event upon which any PSP benefit can become payable, subject always to every other eligibility, participation, content, performance, verification and Terms & Conditions requirement.

An enquiry, lead, referral, quotation, finance application, finance approval, reservation or attempted transaction is not, on its own, the required successful sale and delivery.

Which loyalty partners participate?

Participating loyalty partners may include Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay and Dis-Chem, subject to the current PSP arrangements.

Can participating loyalty partners change?

Yes. Loyalty-partner participation may be amended from time to time in accordance with the applicable programme arrangements.

Does shopping at a loyalty partner automatically create a PSP reward?

No. The purchase or activity must satisfy the applicable qualifying requirements: it must be at a participating partner, verified from the official till slip, and made within a programme that is connected to a qualifying new-vehicle sale under the Terms & Conditions.

Do loyalty-partner rewards have the same value as PSP cashback?

Not necessarily. Cashback and loyalty rewards are distinct benefits and are subject to their respective rules.

Do I need proof of my qualifying loyalty purchases?

Where verification is required, appropriate evidence may need to be supplied in accordance with the PSP requirements.

Can a loyalty-partner reward be combined with other PSP benefits?

This depends on the applicable PSP rules. Participants should refer to the current Terms & Conditions for the applicable combination rules.
