Social-Media Participation
Which platforms qualify, what must be posted, how participation is verified, and why a post on its own never earns cashback.
Sharing approved Car4Less content on authorised platforms is the participation mechanism of the plan. What you post, where, how often and for how long are all governed by the content requirements, and participation must be verifiable: Car4Less needs evidence that the activity happened as prescribed.
This topic covers the practical questions: which platforms qualify, what happens when a post is edited or deleted, whether duplicates count, and why posting on its own never earns cashback. Posting starts the journey; a tracked sale and delivery completes it.
Social-Media Participation — questions

Why is social media part of the PSP?
+
Social-media participation forms part of the promotional and performance activities associated with the PSP and may enable qualifying participants to satisfy specified content and participation requirements.

+
Participants must comply with the applicable PSP content and participation requirements, including any requirements relating to the nature, frequency, format, platform or verification of qualifying content.
Can I post anything I want?

Not necessarily. The qualifying platforms and requirements are determined by the applicable PSP rules and Terms & Conditions.
How is my social-media participation verified?
+
Where verification is required, the participant may be required to provide appropriate evidence that the qualifying activity or content was completed in accordance with the PSP requirements.
What happens if I delete qualifying content?
+
Deleting, altering or otherwise making qualifying content unavailable may affect whether that participation can be verified and may affect eligibility for the applicable benefit.
Can I submit the same post more than once?
+
Duplicate or repeated submissions do not automatically create additional entitlements and remain subject to the PSP rules.
What happens if I post incorrect information about Car4Less?
+
Participants should not publish false, misleading or unauthorised information. Content must comply with the applicable PSP requirements and any applicable laws and platform rules.
Does social-media participation itself constitute income?

The Car4Less Payment Saver Plan (PSP) is not an insurance policy, investment, bank deposit, interest-bearing product, dividend programme or guaranteed-income programme. Any cashback, reward or other benefit referred to in connection with the PSP is subject to the eligibility, participation, content, performance, transaction, verification and other requirements in the current PSP Terms & Conditions. Examples are provided for explanatory purposes only and do not create or extend any entitlement. The maximum cashback amount must not be interpreted as an unconditional or automatic payment, and participation alone does not create an entitlement to cashback or rewards. The current Terms & Conditions remain the controlling document and prevail in the event of any inconsistency with this knowledge centre. Read the Terms & Conditions →
