Rules & Terms and Conditions

Why the PSP Terms & Conditions exist, what they govern, and why they prevail over any article, post or older wording.

The Payment Saver Plan is governed by the Terms & Conditions published on car4less.co.za. They define eligibility, participation, content, performance, verification, exclusions and how disputes and amendments are handled, and they prevail over anything written elsewhere, including this knowledge centre and older social-media posts.

The FAQs here explain why detailed terms exist, what happens if an article and the terms appear to differ, and why compliance with the rules is fundamental to qualifying at all. Read the full Terms & Conditions before relying on any explanation.

Can a blog article change the PSP Terms & Conditions?

+

No. The blog is intended to explain the PSP. It must not create a contractual entitlement that is not contained in the governing Terms & Conditions.

The governing PSP Terms & Conditions should be referred to and will determine the applicable contractual position.

No. Compliance with the applicable PSP rules is fundamental to qualifying for the relevant benefits.

Does the PSP create a guaranteed contractual income?

+

No. The PSP should not be interpreted as creating guaranteed income. The Terms & Conditions state expressly that no income, earnings or cash-back is guaranteed, promised or assured to any party.

The Car4Less Payment Saver Plan (PSP) is not an insurance policy, investment, bank deposit, interest-bearing product, dividend programme or guaranteed-income programme. Any cashback, reward or other benefit referred to in connection with the PSP is subject to the eligibility, participation, content, performance, transaction, verification and other requirements in the current PSP Terms & Conditions. Examples are provided for explanatory purposes only and do not create or extend any entitlement. The maximum cashback amount must not be interpreted as an unconditional or automatic payment, and participation alone does not create an entitlement to cashback or rewards. The current Terms & Conditions remain the controlling document and prevail in the event of any inconsistency with this knowledge centre. Read the Terms & Conditions →
