Programme Cars, Cash & Finance
What a Programme Car is, why cash purchases and private finance are not accepted, how finance and delivery work, and who approves your posts.
A Programme Car is how Car4Less primarily supplies new cars: a brand-new car at the Car4Less price plus the Payment Saver Plan, set out in a separate offer to purchase. Finance is arranged exclusively through the Car4Less online finance application, which Car4Less submits to the major banks (WesBank, Absa, MFC and Standard Bank). Cash purchases are not permitted and private finance is not accepted. Once finance is approved and stock is available, delivery is arranged through the authorised national franchise dealer network, with the full manufacturer warranty.
Every car shows its Car4Less price, below the manufacturer's retail price, as the drawcard; the Programme Car is the Car4Less price plus the plan, set out in a separate offer to purchase for your approval, and its value is the plan's potential monthly cash-back. Meet the requirements, including three approved posts a day on each of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, every day, and you may receive an ex gratia cash-back of up to R3 000 a month, paid into a Mastercard rewards card. Over a full finance term, what you could potentially receive back far exceeds the cost of the plan, subject to the plan's terms and Car4Less's determination.
Programme Cars, Cash & Finance — questions
The questions people ask about programme cars, cash & finance, answered plainly.
What is a Programme Car?
+
A Programme Car is a brand-new car supplied by Car4Less at the Car4Less price plus the Payment Saver Plan, set out in a separate offer to purchase. It is financed exclusively through the Car4Less online finance application and delivered through the authorised national franchise dealer network with its full warranty. The plan gives you the opportunity, subject to its terms and Car4Less's determination, to receive an ex gratia cash-back of up to R3 000 a month.
Can I buy a car from Car4Less with cash?
+
No. Cash purchases are not permitted. Every Programme Car is financed through the Car4Less finance application, which Car4Less submits to the major banks, because the Payment Saver Plan is built around a financed vehicle: the plan's cost is incorporated into the financeable retail price. The Car4Less drawcard price is financed the same way: both are financed only through the Car4Less finance application.
Can I use private finance or arrange a loan with my bank myself?
+
No. Private finance is not accepted. Finance is arranged exclusively through the Car4Less finance application and submitted to the major banks: WesBank, Absa, MFC and Standard Bank. You still sign the finance agreement directly with the approving bank on its terms, and your instalment is paid by debit order in the usual way. Car4Less is not a credit provider and cannot guarantee approval.
Who approves my posts before they go live?
+
Car4Less does. Every post is submitted to Car4Less for approval before it is published (by email for now), and only approved content is released. That way nothing defamatory, incorrect or misleading goes out under the Car4Less name. Only approved, published posts count towards the requirement of three posts a day on each of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, every day.
When will my Programme Car be delivered?
+
Once finance is approved and stock is available, delivery is arranged through the authorised national franchise dealer network. The car arrives brand new and registered, with the full manufacturer warranty and service or maintenance plan, exactly as it would for any dealer customer. Your consultant keeps you informed about stock and lead times.
Are discounted cars still available through Car4Less?
+
Yes. Every car on Car4Less shows its Car4Less price, below the manufacturer's retail price, as the drawcard. The Programme Car with the Payment Saver Plan is the main focus and the best value: the Car4Less price plus the plan, set out in a separate offer to purchase for your approval, with a potential ex gratia cash-back of up to R3 000 a month. Both are financed only through the Car4Less finance application — cash purchases are not permitted and private finance is not accepted.

The Car4Less Payment Saver Plan (PSP) is a non-insurance product and most definitely not a policy: you buy no policy, hold no policy and pay no premium. It is not an investment, bank deposit, interest-bearing product, dividend programme or a programme that promises income, and it does not change your finance agreement with the bank. Finance for a Programme Car is arranged exclusively through the Car4Less finance application; cash purchases are not permitted and private finance is not accepted. Any payment referred to in connection with the PSP is an ex gratia payment of up to R3 000 a month, made subject to the written Payment Saver Plan agreement, the current PSP Terms & Conditions and the final determination of Car4Less in its sole discretion; the participant has no recourse. Any cash-back is paid into the participant's Mastercard rewards card, issued and administered by a regulated provider. Examples are provided for explanatory purposes only and do not create or extend any entitlement. The R3 000 funding provision is guaranteed by a performance guarantee (a contingency policy) that Car4Less holds with its underwriters, according to its policy terms; participants pay no premium, are not party to it and have no claim under it. Guaranteed funding does not mean automatic cash-back: any cash-back remains conditional on the participant's participation and discretionary. The current Terms & Conditions remain the controlling document and prevail in the event of any inconsistency with this knowledge centre. Read the Terms & Conditions →
